All trash needs to be in a garbage container to avoid animals or winds that may scatter the trash. We cannot pickup trash in another companies waste receptacles. We only do this on the first initial pickup, so the other company can retrieve their container.
Service Problems
If Your trash or recycles are missed, please call or e-mail within 24 hours
or sooner so we can correct the error. Visit our contact us page for
numbers and e-mail address. Please include name and pickup address
with all correspondence.
Billing Information
Billing - We provide our customers with payment coupons, which offer the
convenience of paying monthly, quarterly or six months at a time.
Payments are due by the 10th day of each month of service or are subject
to a late penalty.
Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee, service
could be suspended.
You need to notify our office if you wish to terminate or suspend service
or fees shall continue to be assessed.
If service has been suspended due to non payment, there could be a
$25.00 reconnection fee.
Payment Plans - We accept most major credit cards and can debit your
checking account. We can set you up for automatic billing also.

Inclement weather
If we experience inclement weather, we will not jeopardize the safety of the
community or employees. Sometimes our routes may get a late start on
these days, or we may not be able to run at all. All we ask is that you leave
your trash out and we will get it when weather permits. All Routes may be
delayed a day, even if the bad weather was not on your pickup day.

Holidays:
Holidays - We observe the following holidays. (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day). We do not pickup trash
on these days, when this happens all routes can be affected. Please visit
our holiday page for your holiday pickup schedule for that week. The holiday
could affect your pickup day even if the holiday is not on your scheduled
pickup day.
Yard Clippings and small branches
Yard Waste - We can pick up grass clippings and small branches. Yard debris has to be
bagged. Tree branches cannot exceed 4 feet in length or 3 inches in diameter
and has to be tied in manageable bundles not to exceed 35 pounds per
bundle. There is a charge of $1.00 per bag or bundle. You need to contact
our office before pickup date via phone or e-mail to let us know if you plan on
having more than five bundles.

items. A lot of these items can be carried to the retailer that sells these products, call them to see if they accept those items

We are one of the few haulers that actually recycle in Walton County which is a requirement. If your company does not have a different truck for recycles and one for trash, then they may not Recycling properly. Most companies in this area DO NOT have a truck that can hold trash and recycles at the same time, so please verify what they are doing with your recycle material to make sure it does not end up in a landfill.
